Equipment inspection at the shop floor, confirming the build matches the drawing.
When equipment is built in China, two worries never go away: whether the specification was understood correctly, and whether work follows schedule. Our equipment inspection exists to check both, on the spot.
Pre-check: visit the proposed workshop before order placement, confirming machine capacity, inspection system and past work record.
Process control: attend during fabrication and check conformity against the drawing at each stage — welding, machining, assembly.
Final inspection: verify dimensions and finish of the completed item, arrange NDT or pressure testing where required, and keep the records.
Reporting: findings are reported in Japanese, for you to use in judging whether shipment should proceed.
Because we check as an independent party, reports cover what was wrong as well as what was right. Inspection-only assignments are welcome.
