1. Nov 25, 2005 — Founded Zhoukou Minghao Technology Service Co., Ltd. Registered capital: RMB 100,000.
2. Jun 2007 – Jun 2008 — Completed our first Japan project: quality inspection of the Kurashiki CDQ.
3. May 18, 2009 — Founded Shanghai Futuo Trading Co., Ltd.; started quality inspection and trading business.
4. Jul 28, 2017 — Founded the Japanese corporation Aomi Engineering Co., Ltd.; registered capital JPY 7 million.
5. Aug 2019 — Shipped the AP bogie for steel mills, designed and fabricated by us.
6. Dec 2022 — Delivered 8 sets of designed and fabricated belt conveyors to a Japanese steel maker.
7. Nov 2023 — Delivered a dust collector (incl. blowers) with electrical control, designed and fabricated by us, to a Japanese steel maker.
8. Mar 2024 — Established a domestic China engineering team within Shanghai Futuo.
9. Aug 2024 — Increased the registered capital of Aomi Engineering Co., Ltd. to JPY 20 million.
10. Sep 2024 — Completed an EPC project in China.
11. Dec 2024 — Shanghai Futuo renamed to Shanghai Futuo Zhichuang Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd.
