Coke Plant Equipment

Coke oven equipment operates under continuous high temperature, and parts such as oven doors, frames and protection plates require scheduled replacement. We receive drawings and specifications from Japanese steel makers, manufacture these components at partner workshops in Jiangsu, China, inspect them, and arrange export.

A selection of equipment we have handled:

5.5 m coke oven door, 6 m coke oven machine-side door, upper and lower doors, oven protection plate, stamp-charging oven frame, 5.5 m oven frame, ascension pipe, straightening plate, rotary seal valve, rotary bucket and bucket car, square bucket, and others.

Heat-resistant and wear-resistant material grades can be specified. Quotations are possible from a full drawing set, or from dimensions and photographs of the existing part. Inspection attendance, packing and export arrangements can be handled together. Enquiries in Japanese are welcome.
