Blast Furnace Equipment

Blast furnace areas cover a wide variety of equipment: hot blast valves and goggle valves, bell-less charging systems, tuyeres, and torpedo cars or ladle transfer cars that carry hot metal. Based on drawings and specifications received from Japan, we arrange manufacture at partner workshops in China, then inspect and export.

Where original drawings no longer exist, we can work from measured dimensions and photographs of the existing item. Please advise material grade, heat treatment conditions and whether pressure testing is required.
