A single China-side contact handling equipment sourcing and export for overseas steel makers.
We arrange manufacture equipment and spare parts for Japanese steel makers at workshops in China. This is more than passing an order along: our role covers the whole China-side workload, starting with selecting the workshop, through process control during fabrication, inspection of finished items, and finally packing, customs clearance and shipment.
The work proceeds as follows.
1. Receive drawings and specifications, then obtain quotations from several suitable workshops in China.
2. After order placement, visit the shop floor to check progress and quality stage by stage.
3. Verify finished items against the drawings on both dimensions and finish, arranging third-party inspection where required.
4. Handle export packing, customs documentation and shipment to the designated location in Japan.
